The commission, chaired by Bill Duffy, voted unanimous orders of conditions for Michael Tanionos at 86 Edgewater Drive East and for the Jane Crowley Cullinan Discretionary Trust at 39 Pine Bank Road, and closed hearings for the Grilli Revocable Trust at 20 Beach Street and for the James Pellow and Robyn Shamah demolish-and-rebuild at 65 Walker Street, the latter project projected to cut nitrogen loading by 52 percent with a new innovative alternative septic.
