Falmouth Sets New Sewer Closure Near Maravista For Week Of Aug. 10

FALMOUTH — The town's sewer construction project will add a third weekday closure zone starting the week of Aug. 10, expanding a summer of utility work that has already shut down stretches of two Falmouth roads.

TOWN HALL

The town's Aug. 1 construction update said Brick Kiln Road will remain closed between Sandwich Road and Oxbow Road, and Maravista Avenue Extension will stay closed between Route 28 and Maravista Avenue, as sewer work continues. A new closure is set to begin south of the Maravista intersection the week of Aug. 10. All three work zones operate weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with roads reopening to traffic outside those hours.
