PROVINCETOWN -- March 31, 2026, Provincetown's annual Town Meeting Forum previewed a 37-article warrant headlined by a $332,000 Proposition 2.5 override for winter air service. Town Manager Alex Morse walked residents through the warrant on March 31, one week before the April 6 Town Meeting, describing Article 12 as the only proposed override and explaining that a minimum revenue guarantee with Cape Air would cost taxpayers an estimated $5.99 per $100,000 of assessed property value annually if approved at both Town Meeting and the May ballot.
