Dennis Posts Administrator Report, Wastewater Project Update

DENNIS — Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan issued her latest report to town officials this week, and the town posted a fresh update on its wastewater project, while the library and Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District calendars fill out the week ahead.

TOWN HALL

Town Administrator Elizabeth Sullivan's report, dated July 16 and posted to the town website July 17, provides the latest rundown of department news and updates from Town Hall. The same day, the town refreshed its wastewater project page with a new status update, directing residents who want details to the town's dedicated wastewater project section online.

SCHOOLS

The Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District School Committee has a workshop session scheduled for Monday, July 20, according to the town calendar.

COMMUNITY & ARTS

Dennis Public Library has set Thursday, July 23, at 6 p.m. for "Cape Cod History: 12 Stories for 12 Generations," a talk exploring generations of Cape history, at the Dennis Port library. The library's July calendar also includes a hands-on Pop-up Art School felted-butterfly-hoop workshop and several storytime and family programs in the coming days.

COMING UP

The Planning Board holds a revised session Monday, July 20, the same day as the School Committee workshop. The Council on Aging and the Dennis Housing Authority both meet Tuesday, July 21. At the library, the Pop-up Art School felted-butterfly-hoop program runs Tuesday, July 21, at 4 p.m.; Family Game Day is Wednesday, July 22; and Play, Storytime and Craft is Thursday, July 23, at 10:30 a.m., the same day as the Cape Cod history talk. A STEM Fun Day follows July 28.
