Dennis Seeks Finance Committee Member

Dennis is looking for a resident to fill a vacancy on its Finance Committee, the panel that helps shape recommendations on the town's annual budget, according to a Town Hall announcement posted Monday, July 20.

COMMUNITY & ARTS

The Dennis Public Library has two standout programs on tap this week. On Tuesday, July 21, the library's Pop-up Art School hosts a felted butterfly hoop-making session, and on Thursday, July 23, it presents "Cape Cod History: 12 Stories for 12 Generations," an evening lecture on the region's past.

Later this month, the library adds a Grow Your Own Mushrooms workshop on July 30, following a STEM Fun Day for kids on July 28.
