Harwich Recreation Commission unanimously reappoints its CPC liaison and advances a splash pad to its needs list. A longer-range pool concept, framed by one member as a $12 million project with projected annual revenues near $1.4 million at 1,000 users, was placed on the wants list with a three-year planning horizon.
