ORLEANS — March 26, 2026 — Orleans Architectural Review Committee unanimously approves three business applications, all tied to lighting and sign compliance. The committee, chaired by Stephen Salley and including members Carol Marsh, Paige McMahon, Kelly McCarthy, and Kira Vanna, voted 5-0 to approve a window replacement for the Red Balloon Toy Shop at 114 Route 6A and unanimously approved an 8-by-24-foot addition for Seaside Joint Ventures at 14 Locks Hollow Road — both conditioned on bringing existing exterior fixtures into compliance with Lighting Bylaw 122. A third application, a roof-mounted acrylic sign for Cape Cod Charcuterie at 9606A Main Street, was approved without conditions as owner Madison Mayor confirmed the sign would be her business's third and final permitted sign.
