Trust Doubles Loan Cap, Approves Old Tote Road Sale
Orleans Affordable Housing Trust doubles its emergency loan cap and clears a $1 property sale. The trust voted 6-0-0 to raise its home-repair loan maximum from $20,000 to $40,000 and added $65,000 to the program, bringing available funds to roughly $120,000.
