Mashpee Select Board awards $24.9 million police station contract and fills Housing Authority vacancy after two deadlocked votes. Collins presented a $27.4 million capital improvement plan — anchored by $12 million in wastewater design and $11.5 million in school HVAC work — and disclosed that preliminary talks have included the possibility of converting a school building into a community center given declining enrollment.
