Patuisset Beach Reopens for Swimming After Closure
BOURNE — Patuisset Beach has reopened for swimming, the town announced, giving residents another local option as summer heats up.
TOWN HALL
The town's News Flash feed reports that Patuisset Beach has reopened for swimming, following what appears to have been a temporary closure. Officials did not specify the reason for the earlier closure in the posted alert.
Separately, the town reminded residents that a traffic pattern change took effect at the end of June: the intersection of Barlows Landing and Shore roads is now a four-way stop, a change intended to improve safety at that junction. Drivers in the Pocasset area should continue to expect the new stop pattern going forward.
